CHAIRMAN
Senior executive with over 30 years of experience in leading long-term strategic planning, development, and operation of critical facilities; Yuval possesses hands on experience in managing large scale and complex critical infrastructure.

Yuval holds a B.Arch in Architecture from the Bezalel Academy and a Masters of Fine Arts in Architectural Lighting Design from the Parson's School of Design in New York.
IDO ZAMIR & ROY SECKER
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Established the Skorka Architects Partnership in 1999 with over 20 years of experience in design & execution of Complex Critical Facilities for clients such as Governments, Banks, IDF & MOD .
Their award-winning practice specializes in architectural design of highly fortified critical infrastructure, including complex communication compounds, public and private facilities, and educational and training campuses (Projects Budget ranging from 40M$ - 300M$ excluding IT).
HARAN LEVAOT
CFO
Over15 years of senior management experience in the business and public sectors. Haran specializes in financial and resource management of large scale infrastructure projects. With a rich and diverse experience in senior positions in Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Telecommunications and as a CFO in a privately owned communication company.
Holds a BA in Economics and a Master's in Business.
ARIEL BEN DAYAN
CSO
Colonel (ret) IDF. Served as the commander of the Airborne Special Forces and K9 units. Ariel has a strong multidisiplinary background with a broad business and strategic perspective. Ariel served as the VP of operations of the Adelson Family. He is the founder of Sepia Venture Capital and board member at Elco and Aerodrome. Ariel specializes in maximizing the strategic growth potential of companies and creating business-related solutions in challenging markets. Holds a Master's in Law.
GILAD NEEMAN
LEGAL
Specializes in various areas of legal practice, including Real Estate, Corporate Law Contract Law, Public Tenders and Civil Litigation. Gilad served as the legal apprentice and lawyer at Dr. Yossi Segev and Co. Law Firm and held various positions at Abraham Neeman & Co. Law Offices where he currently serves as the Managing Partner of that firm. Gilad holds an LL.B from the Tel Aviv University.
